Preliminary Meeting – Our first meeting is without charge and is a chance to meet each other and discuss the project, your budget, and our capabilities. A proposal for architectural services will then be prepared based on this meeting. Further meetings will outline what you need and desire for your project.

Schematic Design Phase – We will show some rough solutions, giving you a chance to direct the project.

Design Development Phase – We prepare scaled drawings showing the work to be done. You have a chance to select building materials, appliances, and to see how the buildings and rooms will look when complete.

Construction Document Phase – These detailed drawings and specifications will be submitted to the municipality for review and contractors will use these to prepare a bid.

Hiring the Contractor – We will work with you to hire the builder who can complete the work competently and at a price that you can afford. We will assist you in evaluating the bids and preparing the final contract with the builder.

Construction Phase Service – We can follow the entire construction project for you with on-site visits and inspections. We can also review the contractor’s billing and keep you informed of job progress.
